What we require from you

Once referencing is approved, we prepare the tenancy agreement and collect the deposit and first month’s rent.
Move‑In Day
On check‑in you will receive:

During Your Tenancy
Reporting Repairs
If something needs fixing:
1. Contact us (phone, text or email)
2. Provide photos if possible
3. For emergencies (gas leak, electrical hazard, major leak) – call immediately

Rent Payments
Rent must be paid monthly, in advance.
If rent is late, we will contact you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Communication is key.
Inspections

We carry out routine inspections to ensure everything is in good condition. You will always be given notice before any visit.
End of Tenancy

When you decide to move out:

Give the required notice as per your tenancy agreement

Return the property clean and in good condition

Remove all personal belongings

Attend the check‑out appointment

Your deposit will be returned after check‑out, minus any agreed deductions (if applicable).
