Monika Klimek is the founder of Manos Estate, an independent property company based in Wigan. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in property investment, lettings, inspections, and valuations, Monika brings both professional expertise and a genuinely personal approach to everything she does.
Since 2015, she has worked directly with residential properties at every stage — from sourcing and purchasing to refurbishment, rental management, and sales. This practical background has given her a strong understanding of property value, potential, and local market dynamics, particularly across Wigan and the surrounding areas.
Monika believes that property is never just about buildings it’s about people, security, and future plans. She is known for her honesty, attention to detail, and clear communication, taking the time to guide clients through each step with confidence and care.

Kate Wieliczko
Kate Wieliczko is a UK Property Manager and HMO Specialist with over a decade of experience in the residential property sector.
She specialises in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and day-to-day property management, with a strong focus on compliance, tenant management, and the smooth operation of investment properties. Over the years, she has managed property portfolios across different regions of the UK, developing strong operational expertise in managing assets in line with changing legislation.
Managing HMOs and investment properties at a high level requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong operational discipline. It is a role where small oversights can create significant consequences, and where reliability, structured thinking, and proactive decision-making directly impact performance and asset protection. This is the environment in which she naturally operates.
Alongside property management, Kate is also a property investor. She has personally purchased, renovated, and operated residential properties, giving her a clear understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of property investment.
She is passionate about property because it combines people, problem-solving, and long-term value creation. Every property is different, and each one presents its own challenges and opportunities.
Her goal is simple: to save investors time, protect their assets, and ensure their properties perform at their full potential.
Outside of property, Kate values balance and discipline in everyday life. She enjoys swimming and attending spin classes, using sport as a way to reset, maintain focus, and clear the mind.
